Well, this afternoon I visited with a client the, Falls at Olde Mill, a Keystone Custom Homes development. I must say, the programs they’re offering are cutting edge and I will definitely keep them in mind for future clients. I really like the program where you are guaranteed to not make a payment on your current home after you purchase a Keystone Custom Home. It has some details that I still need to iron out, but regardless I believe in the program. It could be especially helpful if you’re upside down on your current home.
