Relocated Family - New Jersey to Lancaster County Pa

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

I asked this family if I could post this, it’s a great testimonial of what you can expect when dealing with myself ( Alex Reedy), The Shreiner Group, Prudential Homesale Services Group

Alex -

As we sit here enjoying a beautiful country sunset and listening to a horse and buggy in the distance, we strongly feel the need to reach out and thank you for helping us relocate to our dream home in Lancaster, PA from the suburbs of New York City.

When we were presented with the option of relocating to Lancaster County, your name came highly recommended as a man who knows the area and understands the needs of relocating families.  Relocating
can be overwhelming in itself, however, moving from the vastly different Northern New Jersey to Lancaster, PA with two small children was especially overwhelming.  You listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect neighborhood and home to satisfy our dream.  Even down to the small details of a town with a quaint main street and town parades.

The Shreiner Group Team gave us a sense of security in walking us through all the details of the transaction, espcially the inspections and local contractors.  And the National Prudential name was especially helpful in dealing with our relocation company.

We couldn’t be more happy with our move and feel forever grateful for all your hardwork and dedication in helping our family live out our dream here in beautiful Lancaster County, PA.

Thank you.
The Watt Family

Condominium Lancaster County Pa

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

A new home in a condominium building or community can have great
advantages as an investment or just a home. Buying a new home or in a
new development is a lifestyle choice that some individuals make to
focus more of they’re energy on they’re friends, family, they’re
traveling, or many other things. A lifestyle that allows a person to
literally close the door, pick up and go with out the headaches of
maintenance, yard work or other hassles that accompany
non-condominium-home-ownership. If you’re considering a condominium, you
should look at the limitations as well as the benefits. Some
restrictions can limit items such as colors, blinds and more. These
restrictions are in place to control neighbors with a more colorful
taste in decor.

Long story short, if you’re on the go or would really rather a weekend at the beach or mountains than weeding the yard. A condominium could be what you’re looking for. Good luck, Lancaster Pahas a great selection of Condominiums, call me today for you’re next condominium.

Quick Lancaster Pa Market Update

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Recently I’ve felt the market slow a little bit, showings have gone down slightly. This could just be our normal mid-summer lull. I anticipate a pick up in early August. We should see a mild increase of procrastinators trying to get into a home before schools starts. I believe that things will be steady until the end of the $8000.00 credit which comes to an end, December 1, 2009 to be exact. By December 1, 2009 you have to have closed on a home in order to qualify. Overall things have been steady and the mid spring to early summer boom was great and much needed! If you’re trying to sell right now, make sure you’re priced well and are up on current sales statistics. This market shows no mercy to the overpriced.
